Annual Golf Day for the Steve Holmes Memorial Trophy

At The Manor Golf Club

A big thank you to all who contributed to the Tong Manor CC Steve Holmes Memorial Golf Day on Friday 5th August. As a result of the Raffles, auction, donations etc, we managed to raise £649.00 in total. This is a brilliant effort considering there were 3 teams less than last year. Tong Manor CC has donated £300 of this to the British Heart Foundation on behalf of the club, and in agreement with Elaine and Darren Holmes.

The Tong Manor CC end of season presentation night will be held at The Manor Golf Club on Friday 30th September and it is hoped to incorporate this with Pig Racing (the barmaid is very worried about what this might involve!!!) and a supper (pork!!) plus other entertainment for those with itchy feet! Prob £7.50 per head but watch this space! More details to follow
